• The polymers grades used comply with the US FDA 21 CFR Part 177.1520 olefin polymers and

pigments comply with US FDA 21 CFR.

• The polymer grades also conform to EU regulation 10/2011 and framework regulation 1935/2004 &

its amendment EU directive 1282/2011 for plastics intended to come to contact with foodstuff.

• Additive conforming to US FDA compliance (US FDA 21 CFR 177.1520) has been used in this

product.

This certificate is applicable to the material as it leaves the production facilities and does not include any
substance subsequently added by the converter, transporter, other agency or any activity which is beyond our
control.
