1) NEFT/RTGS from NRI/NRE to BALIC Axis bank account

 Beneficiary Account Number Field – Will comprise of 2 parts

 First part would be the Code allocated by AXIS bank to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
i.e. 6523
 Second part would be policy number or application number provided by Bajaj Allianz Life
Insurance Co. Ltd. to customer
 Therefore, the remitter will be required to put the following in the beneficiary account number
field – 6523<policy number/application number>
 IFSC code UTIB0CCH274
 Beneficiary Bank Branch - Airoli,Mumbai
 Beneficiary Name: Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd.

 After successful registration customer can initiate fund transfer
 Once the fund transfer is initiated, Axis bank will send the application number (NB), Policy
number (Renewal) to BALIC with Amount transferred by customer to BALIC through API
 BALIC system will validate due amount, policy number/applicatioin number
 If the details are matching, BALIC will send confirmation and receiptign will be done in system
 If details are not matching, refund will be initiated by Axis bank to the source account
 All these receipting or refund will happen on the same day of transaction.
