The fairness and enforcement of law in Canada is due to our

constitutional approach and we must agree that Monarchy as a

considered are the repercussions it may have on our country in the
future. The crown is the head of all states and with its removal we
want someone in replacement and who knows that it would work in
Canada or not. It is also difficult for all of the provinces to get
together and agree that the monarchy should be abolished.
Canada’s past relations with the British government also declares
that how feasible monarchy is for Canada and its disintegration
would definitely create some holes in Canada’s relation with the
Brits. On top of that, the abolition of monarchy in Canada would
necessitate a thorough restructuring of our political structure,
which might result in political dysfunction. This essay would

backbone of our constitutional framework.
