ANALYSIS

It is quite important to highlight that behalf of my theme that is: ¨Story telling as a
teaching strategy to develop Reading comprehension in students of the third level
BGU of the U. E. Tulcán during the year 2020-2021¨ it is a remarkable general
attachment to the 1st Objective (1.4), of the Current National Development Plan
where the Republic of Ecuador guarantees a decent life with equal opportunities for
all people, and specifically, into the pact for the children and adolescents depicts
principally Strengthening education understood as a comprehensive system is a
priority.
In this sense, it is also necessary to strengthen more specifically that improving
Reading as a productive skill trough a teaching strategy will support teacher’s
methodology and student’s actions, where the objective 1.6 into a manner to mean
a bilingual intercultural education, the teacher training and a new harmonic
articulation between the actors of the education system.
In the same way, it is a matter of public policy linking education techniques with the
highest level and the response of these two levels to the demand for human talent
at the national level and the generation of opportunities for citizenship throughout
the life cycle; the efficient response to the demands of a specialized education for
people with disabilities, as well as other social and economic factors that reduce the
possibility to access the right to education. For this reason, education must be seen
as a right during all stages of life.
