At the height of this Government’s campaign in achieving the goals embodied in its
short, medium, and long-term fiscal framework, Revenue District Office No. 51 – Pasay City
(this “Office”) has always been earnest, fervent, and zealous in its commitment of attaining and
surpassing its target performance. We remain headstrong in our desire of transcending this
administration’s overarching brand of governance and leadership, that is, a principled,
accountable and dependable Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

To further promote public awareness and in line with the BIR’s Tax Campaign Kick-Off
for CY 2024 with the theme “Sa Tamang Buwis, Pag-asenso’y Mabilis”, this Office is set to
conduct a caravan and a Tax Compliance Verification Drive (TCVD). The aim of which is to
apprise, encourage and help taxpayers understand the importance of paying the correct taxes and
availing themselves of this Office’s programs.

In this connection, therefore, we are respectfully seeking the permission of your good
office to allow us to: (1) conduct the caravan on February 15 - 16, 2024 at 7:30 in the morning,
the route of which is attached herewith; and (2) fly drones on the areas which will be traversed
by the said caravan purposefully for recording and documenting the activity. Also, may we
kindly request that the Philippine National Police (PNP) under your jurisdiction assist us on the
abovementioned date and time to ensure the smooth and organized flow of the activity.

We ardently hope for your positive response and look forward to a continuing and
enduring partnership with you in enhancing public service for the people of Pasay.

To further promote public awareness and in line with the BIR’s Tax Campaign Kick-Off
for CY 2024 with the theme “Sa Tamang Buwis, Pag-asenso’y Mabilis”, this Office is set to
create an audiovisual presentation that aims to apprise, encourage, and help taxpayers understand
the importance of paying the correct taxes and availing themselves of this Office’s programs. As
part of the presentation’s content, we endeavor to film the premises of our select stakeholders.

In this connection, therefore, we are respectfully seeking the permission of your good
office to allow us to capture video footages of Villamor Air Base’s premises, in particular, the
main façade of the Base as we intend to include the same in the above-mentioned audiovisual
presentation. The filming is set to be done on February 13, 2024 (Tuesday) at 10 o’clock in the
morning. Rest assured, we shall abide by the existing rules and regulations pertaining to
confidentiality and data privacy and the video footages that will be taken will be strictly for the
purpose as priorly mentioned.
