Tables - is made up of rows and columns. The intersection of a row and column is called a
cell. Tables are often used to organize and present information, but they have a variety of
uses as well. You can use tables to align numbers and create interesting page layouts.

Online Pictures - allows us to insert an image or
picture file directly from our computer into our
projects.
Shapes - highlights the important item of the
document.
Smart Art - refers to the range of graphics available in Word that you can use to create
diagrams, such as flow charts, process charts, organisation charts.
Chart - display data and invite further exploration of a topic
Screenshot - useful for capturing snapshots of programs or windows that you have open on your
computer.

Comment- You can use Word's comments feature to add suggestions, notes, or reminders to
your documents. Comments appear in boxes at the side of the page.
Header- allows you to create and customize headers for your
document.
Footer- useful for adding consistent details to every page of a document, enhancing its
organization and readability.
Page Number- allow users to easily insert and customize page
numbers in their documents.

Text Box- a graphical element that allows users to insert and


manipulate text in a separate, movable container within a document. Text boxes are useful for
highlighting specific information, creating sidebars, or adding emphasis to certain content.
WordArt- a creative feature that allows users to enhance their documents with stylized text
effects like shadows, gradients, and 3D effects.
Drop Cap- A drop cap is a large capital letter placed at the beginning of a chapter, section, or
book to add a decorative and stylistic element to the text. It is typically two or more lines tall and
can be positioned within a paragraph or in the margin.
Insert Field- allows users to add dynamic content that
can change based on other information in the document
or the user's system. Fields are variables inserted using
field codes, and they can display content that updates
automatically when the fields are updated.
Insert Date and Time- insert and customize the date and time in your Microsoft Word
document.
Object- refers to any item that can be inserted into a document to enhance its content or visual
appeal.

Equation- equation refers to a mathematical expression or formula that can be inserted and
displayed within a document using the Equation Editor feature. Users can create various
mathematical equations, symbols, and structures to represent complex mathematical concepts or
formulas accurately.
Advanced Symbol- allows users to access a wide range of symbols and special characters
beyond the basic ones available on a standard keyboard. The Advanced Symbols library provides
users with an extensive collection of symbols, including mathematical symbols, arrows, currency
symbols, and more, to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of their documents.
