Dear Ms. Jessa,

On behalf of Maka-kalikasan Project Philippines, Inc., I am pleased to offer you the

position of Volunteer Finance Director.

As the Finance Director, you will take overall responsibility for all functional areas
within the Finance Department. These include but are not limited to:

Bookeeping. Tracking and recording financial transactions.

Auditing. Conduct examination of finances.
Verify taxx codes and laws.
Perform income tax filing
Ensure compliance in regions where the organization operates.
Create and manage budgets.
Coduct profit loss analysis
Provide feedback on all financial activities such as cash flows

You will report directly to the Chairman of the Board. You will also serve as a
member of the Board of Directors.

The position of Finance Director at Maka-kalikasan Project Philippines, Inc., is a

volunteer position. This means that, if you accept the role, you perform all duties
voluntarily and you will not receive remuneration or payment for your work -
neither the Organization nor the Volunteer intends any employment or
contractual relationship to be created i.e. you are not an employee, independent
contractor, or consultant at the Organization.

If this changes at any time, and there is a possibility that you might undertake
 paid work for the Organisation, we will discuss this with you and document the
arrangement in a formal employment contract, contract for services, or other
arrangements.

Maka-kaliksan Project Philippines, Inc., values its volunteers and will endeavor to
provide you with:

Orientation and all the training necessary for the volunteer position.
A safe environment in which to perform your role.
Respect for your privacy, including keeping your private information
confidential.
Annual recognition for the service rendered.
Organization I.D, and uniforms.
Food and Travel allowances.

The duration of this agreement is one (1) year commencing on January 1, 2023,
until January 1, 2024. Upon the expiry date of this agreement, the agreement
between the Organization and the Volunteer will come to an end and neither
party intends for a contractual or employment relationship to be created.

By accepting this offer, you represent that you are able to accept this job and
carry out the work that it would involve.

position, please sign below and return this letter to me within 5 days. This offer is
open for you to accept until December 17, 2022, at which time it will be deemed to
be withdrawn.

agreements or representations, express or implied, that are not
set forth expressly in the foregoing letter, and this letter
supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings,
agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and
oral, with respect to the subject matter of this letter.
