As a prosecutor, the power that they have is that they will be the ones who will have the power that

3. What stood out to me in Adam Foss ted talk, was when he pointed out how, the community blames
the system, law and law enforcements with the outcomes of people being incarinated and so on, but
not looking at the prosecutors. To add on, in Adam ted talk, when he spoke about the young man who
stoled thirty lapotops and sold them for his education, adam had his life on his hand, but adam is not
like all prosecutors he is a prosecutor who looks behind what the papers tell him and trys to see why
and what brong a person to commit the crime, what is the story behind it all. Adam stood back and
heard his story, he thought well on how he was going to prosecute this young man, and at the end a few
years later, he shoooked hands with a succeful man, because his prosecutor gave him another chance in
life,

4. Judge Victoria, uses respect, yes its always heard, respect others and they will respect back, but she
uses respect in a way were it brings positivly into her court room, and those being detained turns out to
give respect back, she treats everyone who come infront of her as they were humans and not criminals,
she dosent follow a script, she ask simple questions that are easy to understand and are easy to respond
back, responds that wouldnt be answered honsetly because scipted questions are not understandable,
example when she speaks with mentally illed people, she asks the simple questions and she gets a
respond back, when a judge is repectful it makes people feel like they have voice, makes them reflect in
life, same judge makes people who had to stand infornt of her, change to be someone better.

5. Judge Victoria, giving a change in the court room, her standing and giving a ted talk, spreading the
word to how to change the system, a way to better the courtriim, how the decisions and actions that are
taken, can give good or bad outcomes, depending aswell on there part.
