M/s, Divis Laboratories Ltd., Vizianagaram District ll, M/s. Virupa Power Project Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad. ili, M/s, Ultratech Cement Ltd., Kurnool and Anantapur. Wv. M/s. Greenply Industries Ltd., Chittoor (recently received), v. M/s. Sentini Sanitek Pvt.Ltd., W.G. Dist.(recently received). vi. M/s, RIC Agro Limited, Anantapur District. vil. M/s. Nisha Designs, Anantapur District. vill. M/s. Divis Laboratories, East Godavari District, ix. M/s. Trimex Ores Pvt. Ltd., Srikakulam District. x. M/s, VBC Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited. 2. In the reference 2" cited, Government have issued orders vide Paras-9(a) & (b) based on the decision taken by the SIPC and DIPC., the Irrigation Department will release water promptly within the 10% water quota reserved for industrial use. 3. Government after careful examination, hereby instruct i) after approval of SIPC/SLSWCC/DIPC, the Chief Engineer concerned shall permit to allocation of water for industrial use within 10% of reserved water for industrial purpose, if it does not affect ayacut as per Project design. In case of conflict with ayacut, Chief Engineer may forward the Proposal to Government for approval after giving specific recommendation and realistic and current assessment of ayacut. (ii) Release of water would be done only after fulfilling. all the conditions stipulated while giving allocation and a Proper agreement is entered between the industry and Water Resources Department for O&M as well as realization of royalty for the industry. The water royalty charges shall be levied @ Rs.5.50 per 1000 gallons with immediate effect. 4. The above instructions should be followed scrupulously.
