As per office report, the petitioner was to appear in-person

in these matters. The petitioner is not present but the Moderator

has shown us a message received on his mobile from the petitioner,

stating her inability to appear today due to indisposition. It has

also been stated that she has sent an adjournment letter and has

also requested for a pro bono counsel.

Taking note of the message so received, we defer consideration

of these matters today and would request the Supreme Court Legal

Services Committee to provide for the services of a legal aid

lawyer to the petitioner.
