• Initiated my career in Management Consulting with a primary focus on

Capital Projects and Infrastructure as an executive trainee
• Prepared an entire proposal for a leading Two wheeler brand of India for its
market entry in an international market, particularly the supply side.
Researched the international market using PESTLE analysis, assessed price
points by benchmarking against competitors and analysed the entire supply
chain scenario in that market.
• Played a key role in organizing the GMIS 2023 (Global Maritime India Summit)
where I authored more than 10 impactful talking points for Union
Ministers participating in the summit.
• Drafted the official Post-Event reports and the coffee table book that garnered
direct readership by the Prime Minister's Office (PMO).
• Tallied the amount of MoUs that were signed during the event of 8.5 lakh
crores worth

Independent Consulting project

• The company had hired me to plan and implement the roadmap to recruit 5
urgent positions within one month.
• Conducted 100+ interviews to identify qualified candidates by assisting in
candidate selection, including resume screening and reference checks.
• Collaborated with hiring managers, university placement cells to develop
effective recruitment strategies and utilized online job portals and social media
platforms for candidate sourcing.
