PHILIPPINES PER RESULT OF ELECTION DATED OCTOBER 30, 2023, DULY
AUTHORIED “NEW SET” OF SIGNATORIES FROM PREVIOUS SK CHAIRPERSON
NOEL R. BARCINAL AND PREVIOUS SK TREASURER MERRYFEL O.
CARPENTERO TO ACT/TRANSACT WITH AN ACCOUNT NO. 000-470-0000-
4702110772 AT LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, PAGADIAN BRANCH AND
DESIGNATING THE NEWLY ELECTED SK CHAIRPERSON HON. DIOSEL NIÑO
JED M. ESCARIO AND NEWLY APPOINTED SK TREASURER MR. IAN B. TUBES
AS THE OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES ON THE TRANSACTION THEY MAY ENTER AT
THE BANK"

WHEREAS, the passage of republic Act 10742 also known as "SK Reform Act of 2015
Provides for the establishment of Sanggunian Kabataan. Its main purpose is to afford the youth a
medium to effectively express their views and opinions and to participate in Barangav
governance. In order to fulfil its mandate to uplift the general welfare of youth, it should assume
the role as active supportive and participating partner of the government in formulating
programs, projects, strategies and other initiatives. It is provided with powers and resources to
become barters in nation-building.
WHEREAS, in accordance to the above provision of the law, Sangguniang Kabataan Council
are obliged to open an account to any government depository bank for all the transactions to be
made by newly elected the SK Chairperson Hon. Diosel Niño Jed M. Escario and newly
appointed SK Treasurer Mr. Ian B. Tubes.

WHEREAS, Landbankof the Philippines - Pagadian Branch shall be the official depository bank
of "BRGY. KAGAWASAN PAGADIAN SK" located at Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.

WHEREAS, Hon. Diosel Niño Jed M. Escario and Mr. Ian B. Tubes are hereby authorized to
OPEN, DEPOSIT, WITHDRAW, ENDORSE OR NEGOTIATE CHECK, OTHERWISE DEAL
WITH THE LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES and shall be the official signatories of all the
transactions to be made under the account of "BRGY. KAGAWASAN PAGADIAN SK' by
virtue of being elected officers of the SK Chairperson Hon. Diosel Niño Jed M. Escario.

NOWTHEREFORE, after due deliberation on the subject matter, it was;

RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY, RESOLVED, that the following are the designated signatories
to the account

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution remains effective, subsisting and has not been
revoked, amended and superseded

Pagadian Branch for their information and record;
