Notes:

1.Suppliers shall inform before any changes in process, work station and manufacturing location.
2.The supplier shall agree for the right of access by Raghu Vamsi, their customers and regulatory
authorities to the applicable areas of facilities, at any level of supply chain involved in the order and
to applicable records.

3.The supplier has to communicate regarding the change in Ownership.

4.The supplier has to communicate the inspection technique adopted for quality control.

5.The supplier will meet the purchase order requirement as per terms and specifition.

6.The supplier shall retain the documents for the period of 10 year unless other wise specified in the
purchase order.

7.The services by supplier must comply to Support manual and SABRe for ITP & Rolls Royce
requirements.

8.Material should be supplied with latest Revision No as per the specification.

9.Supplier must control and report material identified as fraudulent/counterfeit inline with AS6174
10.The supplier should be follow Raghuvamsi Aerospace Manual(RSM-01)

1.Payment : 30 DAYS CERDIT

2.Delivery : IMMDEATILY

3.Transportation : AT YOUR COST

4.Others : N/A

5.Inspection: Inspection and COC reports should be supplied along with the parts as per Dwg.

6.GST : Extra, as applicable at the time of delivery; Presently @ 12% OR 18% OR NILL

7. Please send Order acknowledgement with in 48 hours,

8.Accountability is compulsory

9.Supplier shall inform RVA before any change in processes, Work Station and manufacturing
processes.

10.Supplier shall inform about any change in the ownership and key people in organization.
11.Supplier shall agree for right of access by RVA, its customers & any regulatory bodies in applicable
facilities.

12.Supplier shall inform inspection techniques carried out by supplier wherever necessary.

13.The services by supplier must comply to Support manual and SABRe for ITP & Rolls Royce
requirements

14.Supplier shall maintain latest revision of specification during process.

15. Note : Drawing /Part Revision and Part description shall be as per the customer drawing.

16.The supplier should be follow Raghuvamsi Aerospace Manual(RSM-01)
