ability to add comments, highlighting, and more without leaving the grading screen.

4. You will see the document load on the left side of the window.

You can now Comment, Draw, Highlight, add Text, or Strikeout text.

Comment
Clicking the arrow next to the Comment button lets you choose a Point Comment, Area
Comment, or Text Comment. A Point Comment allows you to mark a single point and leave a
comment at that point.

An Area Comment allows you to select a rectangular area of any size and leave a comment.

A Text Comment allows you to highlight a selection of text and leave a comment (this is similar
to commenting in Word).

For any type of comment, you can delete the comment by moving the mouse over it and
clicking Delete.

Draw
Clicking the Draw button will allow you draw freehand over any portion of the document.
When you are done with a drawing, click Complete underneath it. From that point, even if your
drawing consists of multiple lines, you can move it around the document as a whole.

Highlight
Clicking the Highlight button will allow you to highlight any portion of text that you select.

Add Text

addition, after you finish typing, you are able to move the text around the document.

Strikeout Text
Clicking the Strikeout button will add a strikeout to any text that you have selected. Besides
simply striking out the text, you are also able to add text directly above the strikeout. This does
obscure anything underneath the added text, however.

5. After adding all of your feedback, you may also download the original file or an
annotated PDF version with your feedback by clicking the Download ( ) button, if you
wish.

6. Once you have completed your feedback on the actual document, you may enter a
grade for the Attempt and any general Comments on the right side of the screen.
