Purpose:

This is ISO 4548 : 6 specifies for the High pressure test for the filter at the time of filter chalk then pressure will be
increase and it can be burst so we have to define that how many pressure will be load take.

1 Filter test circuit

The filter test circuit shall include the following components.

a ) Reservoir : constructed with a Rectangle bottom and top having an included angle of 90° and where the
oil entering is diffused below the strainer filter for filter the dirty oil.

b ) Oil pump is high capacity pump for more then 50 kg/Cm2 which give us continue and regular flow and
pressure
including the by pass system for release the oil pressure
.

c ) Device, such as a filter head to accommodate spin-on filters, to connect the test filter

d ) System is providing an digital peak hold facility for hold the maximum load in hold

Connection:

Electrical connection there are in the out side of machinery available in connection strip
required 440 volt A.C current connect the wire in this connection strip
Note: Earthling should be proper in ground

Filter fitting: As per required filter testing tight the filter thread adapter in filter Fixture after in
that tight the filter with the help of filter tighting clamp holder

On the Main switch motor pump will move in as per arrow direction and pressure will be increase through pressure
regulator
Filter Test Procedure:

Fit the thread adapter as per filter test in filter testing fixture and tight the filter through the
help of filter clamping device

Before the test of filter have to maintain the desired temperature from the temperature
indicator cum controller after some time temperature will be increase and desired
temperature it will be automatic controlled

Start the motor for increase the pressure and slowly -2 for burst the sample and hold for
some time there will be graph maintain in software pressure will be increase up to filter will
be collapsed and it will be maximum pressure in filter

Note: Required internal service of every three months and calibration and service will be done Maximum every
one year
