Subject: Placement of Mr MPUMLWANA Sesona at your school for Practice Teaching

The University of Limpopo, School of Education, is humbly requesting your school to accommodate the bearer
of this letter for Teaching Practice purposes in this semester. Mr MPUMLWANA is registered with the
University of Limpopo for a BEd (SP & FET Teaching), and specialises in Mathematics, Physical Sciences.
Mr MPUMLWANA should only be permitted to teach Grades 7 to 9 under the guidance and supervision of a
mentor teacher. Mr MPUMLWANA will be in schools for four weeks starting 09 April 2024 17 May 2024.

Furthermore, the university request your school to accommodate Mr MPUMLWANA again for ten weeks of
the third and fourth term of 2025.

Kindly note that the District Directors are aware of these dates.

The support that is needed from your school is inclusive of the following:

Allow student teachers to practice teaching at Allow student teachers to observe other teachers

The school is also requested to kindly assist the student-teacher in whatever relevant information
they might need in professional and administrative duties. The student-teacher is duly informed
that in the time that they will spend at your school, they are part of the staff. They MUST adhere to
all rules and regulations of the school. Mr MPUMLWANA is expected to be at school at all times.

Mr MPUMLWANA may for reasons that are not known, have unacceptable conduct. As the School
of Education, we advise and request schools to use their discretion to either expel or keep the
student. In such an instance, a confidential report is recommendable.
