MOTION FOR AUCTION SALE

PETITIONER, by and through the undersigned counsel, to this

Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:

1. The Honorable Court issued a writ of execution dated June 20, 2023
for the execution of its Decision;

2. On several dates, the sheriff of the Honorable Court went to the

property of the plaintiff and levied several personal properties of the
defendant found therein. The Sheriff issued inventories of the levied
properties and submitted the same to the Honorable Court;

3. In order to fully satisfy the Decision, the sale of the levied properties is
necessary to be able to apply the proceeds of the same to satisfy the
liabilities of the defendants;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed to this Honorable Court

that this Motion be GRANTED and a Order for Auction Sale be issued to
satisfy the obligations of the defendants and to apply the proceeds of the
same to satisfy the claims of the plaintiffs;

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise
prayed for.
