ITB 1.1 The Employer is: RAIL VIKAS NIGAM LIMITED. NEW DELHI
ITB 1.1 The name of the DCB is: “Mechanized Installation and Linking of BG
Railway Track, P.Way Material Supply, Track Ballast Supply, Mobile
Flash Butt Welding of Joints and all other Associated P-Way Works
(Excluding Supply of Rails, PSC Sleepers) in Section between
Bhanupali (CH 0.00) to Paharpur (24.00) in connection with
Bhanupali-Bilaspur-Beri New Railway Line in District Rupnagar of
Punjab and Bilaspur of Himachal Pradesh States, India”.
ITB 4.1(b)(i) JV is not permitted
ITB 4.1 c Shall not be applicable being a Domestic Bidding.
ITB 4.1 d Shall not be applicable being a Domestic Bidding.
ITB 4.1 e Eligible Bidder for this work is Class-I Local

ITB 7.4 A Pre-Bid meeting takes place at the following date, time and place:
Date: 04/03/2024
Time: 11.30 hrs
Through Physical / Video Conference at Rail Vikas Nigam Limited,
First Floor, Railway Recruitment Board Building, Railway Colony,
Near Chandigarh Railway Station, Chandigarh. The prospective
bidders who wish to attend the meeting shall submit a maximum of
two e-mail ids of the persons nominated to attend the meeting to the
person nominated to contact at least 2 working days before the pre-
bid meeting.
Site visit is not proposed to be organized by the Employer. However, the
bidders are advised to visit the site before pre-bid meeting.
