KOLLAM, 691003 ON 18th August 2021.

Resolved that a Packing license be obtained from Legal Metrology department, Kollam for
the purpose of operating the Super market at various locations as per law and further
resolved that an application for the same shall be made and submitted to the authorities by
the Managing Director Mr. James P M and Mr. Biju George is authorized to follow up with
the department and do the necessary requirements.

Also resolved that Mr. BIJU GEORGE shall be the person responsible for compliance matters
with respect to the aforesaid registration.
