Teenager Attempts to Save Mother Earth

Young fourteen-year-old Linda Spofford from California, USA, has become an

entrepreneur by starting her own company of cloth bags that has become a hit. She has
used her farmhouse for this.
“Plastic bags are already harming the environment. But paper bags are worse.
Plastic can be cleaned but not like paper bags. Once they tear, they are of no use to us.
But a tree would have been cut to make that paper. And there is no way we can bring a
tree back to life. Cloth bags are the best option. So, come and buy Spofford Sacks for
only $1! They will help you for life!” she states.
Several people are inspired by Linda’s effort, hence plastic and paper bags have
been banned. Linda says in one of her interviews that she attempted this stunt when she
saw her favorite forest going into construction. “I was devasted when I realized that I
couldn’t go there for strolls anymore or the birds would have lost their homes. I decided
I needed to take action immediately. God knows how many forests are being brought
down this very moment!”
Not only is her little company helping the environment, but her income is high. She
is the youngest person in history to receive over 400 dollars! She uses $5 to plant a tree
in her backyard which she has made a live session for her consumers. Moreover, as a
corporate social citizen, she has pledged she would donate a quarter of this money to
the government for planting more trees in her neighborhood and ban deforestation.
