Product Training Catalogue, FY20 Edition

Introduction
Transformation is one of the key words these days everywhere. All of our worlds, including our Products, are changing fast.
We, together with all of our Teams, must be able to adapt to these new situations.
That’s the importance of Training, our ‘Engine’ to make us move forward.

Flexibility is another word that we should use all the time.

It has been one of the main concepts we had in mind preparing this new FY20 release of the HVAC Product Training Catalogue.
It has been developed in coordination with the different Product Management and training teams.
We are conscious about the different needs, the many products in so many places we must face, and it because of this, that we continue to
offer our collaboration to the local training teams.
Offering them our support with training materials and providing attractive free training options and tools, such as
e-learnings, WebEx sessions, Videos, etc.
We understand there are many other possibilities. Help us to find these Best solutions together.

Co-responsibility is the word, that perhaps, best summarizes our targets with this Training Catalogue.
As well as the full training plan for this year, we are responsible for providing the right knowledge to all our product users including
Employees and Partner.
You all can play a role here to be responsible to be properly prepared to find the best solutions for our HVAC Systems.

We should never forget the key persons in this process, the Trainers. Special thanks to them, as many times they do an extra effort beyond
their own daily tasks to offer us the possibility of improving our skills and our capacities, our motivation and our feeling of belonging to a
Team.

Let’s transform ourselves by learning!
