Dear All,
We are pleased to announce Enterprise Distributor Payout for customer acquisition on Wireline Products. Details are
as follows:

Scheme Period: 1st August 2022 to 31st August 2022

Definitions
1. Wireline Tariff products include JioBusiness Bundle and certain Toll-Free Number plans only.
2. Wireline Non-Tariff products include Enterprise Grade products - ILL, SIP, MPLS, Enterprise Broadband (multiple
connections), and TFN (≥50k rental)

Wireline Tariff Products

Scheme 1: JioBusiness Bundle Payout


• The payout is applicable on customer acquisitions on JioBusiness Bundle
• A. Base Commission
o Payout will be monthly as per the table below with per unit customer acquisition basis different plan
values & plan validities

• B. Performance Linked Incentive


o ED shall earn incentive basis performance slab achieved during each calendar month
o Payout will be as per the table below; basis slab achieved each month, and per unit payout shall be
different for different plans

o Illustration: Total JioBusiness Bundle customer acquisitions in scheme period for an Enterprise Distributor
(ED) are 50, with 20 on 801 plan, 10 on 1001 plan, 10 on 2501 plan and remaining 10 on 4001 plan.
Performance Linked Incentive as per table above will be Rs.5250 = (75 x 20) + (75 x 10) + (100 x 10) + (200 x 10)

Scheme 2: Toll-Free Number Payout


• The payout is applicable on customer acquisitions on below mentioned Toll-Free Number plans
• Payout will be monthly as per the table below, with per unit customer acquisition basis different plans

Wireline Non-Tariff Products


Scheme 3: Wireline Non-Tariff Products Payout
• The payout is applicable on customer acquisitions on Enterprise Grade products (or Wireline Non-Tariff
Products)
• A. Base Commission
o Eligible Products: (1) ILL, (2) SIP, (3) MPLS, (4) Enterprise Broadband (multiple connections only), and
(5) Toll Free Number (TFN)-50K or above plan
o Payout will be calculated monthly as per the table below, as a %age of Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC)
o MRC = ARC / 12, where ARC is Annual Recurring Charges

• B. Performance Linked Incentive


o Eligible Products: (1) ILL, (2) SIP, (3) MPLS, (4) Enterprise Broadband (multiple connections only), and
(5) Toll Free Number (TFN)-50K or above plan
o Payout will be calculated each month as per the table below:

o Performance Linked Incentive is capped at Rs. 1 lakh maximum per partner per month
• Segment Payout Conditions for Scheme-3
o In case an ED acquires business from defined segment, the payout shall be as follows:
1. SLG Accounts – 60% of total payout
2. SMB Named Accounts – 80% of total payout
o For SMB accounts, payout shall be 100% of total payout

o Considering ILL as the product, the table below illustrates ED payout for a month with various segments

*In the above case PLI slab applicable is 12% as ARC is Rs.24 lakh (>20 lakh)
**PLI will be at 60% of 12% for SLG and 80% of 12% for SMB Named acquisitions as illustrated above

• Sales Rejects - Clawback of Payout


o Full payout will be clawed back / recovered after three months of customer acquisition, if:
1. first bill is overdue, or
2. service is in suspension
o Refer Terms & Conditions for further details

Terms and Conditions


1. Payout is subject to successful activation and installation of services.
2. Customer Acquisitions done with a valid PRM ID captured during the order entry through Jio.com for JioBusiness bundle
or DKYC POS or JEP portal will only be eligible for payout.
3. Customer Acquisitions will qualify for payout subject to successful installation & activation of services.
4. Customer Acquisition for Non-Tariff products will be considered on the date of customer acceptance (billing start date).
5. All values are in Rs. INR and computed basis the Net Value (excluding GST).
6. All payout calculations will be done basis calendar month.
7. If order is logged in August 2022 and installation and activation of services happens in September 2022 or later, then
payout will be as per scheme applicable on the date of service installation and activation.
8. “Sales Rejects” for Non-Tariff Products shall mean either (a) first bill is overdue, or (b) service is in suspension.
9. If either of “Sales Rejects” scenarios are applicable after three months from scheme date, payout clawback/recovery
will be done.
10. If an ED has earned payout for a customer acquisition in August 2022 against a Non-Tariff product, and that customer
acquisition is in “Sales Reject” bucket in December 2022, then entire payout amount will be recovered/clawed back in
December 2022. However, if the customer acquisition has moved out of “Sales Rejects” bucket by 30th November 2022,
then no recovery/clawback shall be done.
11. Recovery/Clawback once done shall not be reversed under any circumstances.
12. Add-on services or booster plans will not be eligible for pay-out, unless mentioned otherwise.
13. Payout will not be applicable on plans or products not mentioned above under various schemes.
14. Company system calculated data will be final and binding for achievement and calculation.
15. Payout will be subject to TDS deduction as per prevailing rules.
16. While every effort would be made to complete activation and installation of services, non-availability of material, site
or resources will not be considered as a reason for any non-achievement & no claims thereof shall be entertained.
17. Payout won’t be impacted if customer downgrades plan after acquisition. However, this will be monitored for adverse
practice, and if found, action will be taken including recovery of commission
18. Any mis-utilization of scheme can lead to the cancellation of the scheme and discontinuation of the PRM ID provided.
Participation in the scheme is purely voluntary.
19. Family members of RRL employees are not eligible for this scheme unless specifically approved by RRL.
20. Reliance Retail Ltd. or its authorized representative reserves the right to audit/alter/withhold/terminate the scheme
without notice.
21. In case of dispute, Reliance Retail Ltd. decision is final.
