VALUE PROPOSITION
Customer Job(s) The task that the students are trying to accomplish is organizing and
monitoring the progress of team members within a group of any
school project, encompassing both functional and social aspects. The
students require basic needs such as a simple and user-friendly
website that can be utilized on smooth platforms for tasks like data
sharing.
Pains Each student has their own time and work schedule, making it
difficult to consistently focus on discussing the project or task they
are working on. Additionally, geographical distance and different
productivity levels of other team members pose further obstacles.
Many members do not participate, communicate and are not
proactive in learning, making group work difficult.
Gains Our website is designed to assist students and teachers in checking
and managing their project progress more efficiently. Students
expect our website to provide support during tight deadlines,
eliminating the need to schedule frequent meetings and distribute
tasks to team members multiple times. Moreover, they don't have to
worry about losing work data, helping to save costs and reduce
wasted time, allowing them to focus more on important tasks.
Pain Relievers Our software helps organize and manage projects, workgroups
efficiently, with features such as tracking the progress of team
members, determining the most recent involvement in the software
to see who is actively working, facilitating task allocation, and
assisting managers in rewarding deserving contributors.
Gain Creators With project management software designed for educational
environments, we strive to provide complete support to both
students and teachers so they can easily manage their projects. The
software offers simple and efficient features along with a user-
friendly interface that helps reduce teamwork time. This helps
students learn more effectively and be more proactive in group
work.
Products & Services
Our website's products and services include features such as task
division, creating work schedules and meeting plans for reviewing
and modifying project information if necessary. It also provides
reporting and progress tracking, group interaction through a
dedicated forum, as well as direct notifications to users.

The website still faces many challenges as creating such a platform

is quite complex, especially with the increasing number of students
working in groups. However not all students are conscious of
studying and working in groups, so not everyone wants to use
learning management tools.
