 Acting as a Centralized Scrum Master for scrum teams and guided the teams to work in agile way of working.
 Providing the training to all the team members to adopt scrum events like Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, and all
other Scrum events (Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint review, Sprint Retrospectives).
 Work with the Development Team and Product Owner to maintain the Product Backlog and prioritize the
sprint backlog also facilitate decision-making, issue resolution and consensus among the team members and
dependent team.

 Having good knowledge on confluence.
 Having knowledge on Azure Boards.
