Dear Ms. Lauria,

I trust all is well with you today. I am writing to formally request a four-day
extension from my current Maternity Leave. This request includes one day of
vacation leave and by three consecutive days off. From March 13 until March
16.

The purpose of this extension is to fulfil my family obligation until my Mother

arrives on March 16, 2024 to help me hand-in-hand of taking care of my child.

Please consider this letter as a formal request for the mentioned extension.
Your understanding and consideration regarding this matter are highly
appreciated.
