Beispiel GmbH is one of Germany's leading suppliers to the automotive industry with around 250
employees and its headquarters in Musterstadt. We focus in particular on automotive electronics
and automotive mechatronics.

During his employment, Mr. Mustermann was put in charge of the controlling team, which consisted
of 15 employees. He was responsible for managing a budget of around EUR 10,000,000.

The focus was on the following areas of responsibility, which Mr. Mustermann took on with great
motivation:

 Responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of all work in the area of finance and
controlling
 Managing the reporting system incl. reporting of monthly and year-end figures
 Preparation of financial statements in accordance with HGB, tax law and IFRS
 Processing the tax and reporting system
 Preparation of forecasts on the expected course of business
 Processing of payment transactions (domestic and foreign)
 Contact for tax consultants, auditors, banks and authorities
 Process and weak point analysis and optimization

We got to know Mr. Max Mustermann as a highly motivated employee who showed an
extraordinarily high degree of initiative and willingness to perform. He always worked independently,
conscientiously and to our complete satisfaction. Mr. Mustermann always impressed us with his
qualitatively and quantitatively excellent results and met our expectations in every respect. At the
same time, he shone at all times with his distinctive specialist knowledge and demonstrated an
extraordinary degree of commitment, learning ability and diligence. Even in stressful situations, he
was consistently reliable and highly solution-oriented, achieving the best results beyond our
expectations.

Mr. Beispiel was valued by superiors, colleagues and customers alike. He was loyal to the company at
all times and impressed with his personal integrity. His always exemplary and friendly behavior
ensured a productive way of working and a collegial working atmosphere in his department. In
contact with customers, Mr. Beispiel distinguished himself through his extremely professional
appearance and his communicative manner.

To our regret, Mr. Mustermann is leaving Beispiel GmbH at his own request. We would like to thank
him for his outstanding performance in our company. We wish him continued professional success
