Bourbon style sauce is a dark brown, translucent sauce with visible pieces of minced
onion and black pepper. The flavor is sweet and tangy with hints of brown sugar, onion,
bourbon, butter and maple.

VII. COUNTRY OF ORIGIN

This product is processed in the United States of America. Not all ingredients are
sourced domestically.

VIII. STORAGE

1. Shipping Temperature: Ambient transport (60’F – 85’F). Do not freeze.

2. Storage Temperature: Ambient storage (60’F – 85’F). Avoid prolonged storage at
temperatures exceeding 85’F. Do not freeze.
3. Ship and store product in less than 60% humidity factor.
4. Ship and store product in a dry area away from direct sunlight and not in direct contact
with the floor or non-food items (i.e. pet foods or chemicals).
5. Double stack OK
6. Packaging integrity not guaranteed for overseas or high altitude shipping.

IX. SHELF LIFE

Shelf life is guaranteed to be 13 months when guidelines for temperature, shipping and
storage are followed.
