Case Study Analysis: A Project Management Challenge
Choose one of a well-known project that faced significant challenges in South west Shoa
zone (e.g., delayed completion, budget overrun, scope creep).
Task: Analyze the case study through the lens of project management principles. Identify
the specific challenges faced by the project discuss and prepare a report on how a more
effective application of project management practices could have mitigated those issues.
