Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being affects our
way of thinking and our feelings. It determines how we deal with a certain situation and
make life choices. Mental health is important in our daily lives from childhood and
adolescents through adulthood.

There are several factors that affect your mental health. The following are some off the
mental problems that may cause you:

Stressor refers to the things that make a person stressed. There are two
different kinds of stress, Eustress and Distress.

Eustress refers to a positive and healthy response of the body from a stressor.
It produced good effect to one’s well-being.

For Example: A person who studied for a long hour then took an outstanding
grade.

Distress refers to a negative reaction of the body towards a given stressor. It


may cause problem in health, alter mood and emotion.

It usually easy to identify whether a person is stressed. Therefore, one may
