Can I also maintain my custom fields using some of the SAP Fiori apps presented before?

As you learned in Week 2 Unit 6, through the SAP Fiori app F1481 – Custom Fields you can add your own
fields to different business processes. Some of the SAP Fiori apps listed before can display the new fields.

It means in some of those SAP Fiori apps you can also consider those fields for mass processing. For instance:

Custom field TrackSales01 can be updated using the SAP Fiori app Mass Change of Sales Documents

Key takeaways

The SAP S/4HANA migration cockpit has been created for initial
loading of master data and open items.

In each SAP S/4HANA version we release new SAP Fiori apps

that you can use for mass maintenance.

Before thinking about using old SAP GUI features or creating

your own custom code, review the latest innovation for mass
processing in the SAP Fiori apps reference library.

Some of the SAP Fiori apps for mass maintenance will also
allow you to update custom fields created using the SAP Fiori
app F1481 - Custom Fields.

Involve your development team to evaluate options in case you

cannot see your custom field in the SAP Fiori mass
maintenance app.
