The plan for the growth of the educational institutions is referred to as institutional planning. The needs
and specifications of the educational institutions serve as the main foundation for this. It is essential that
educational institution members take the resources into account when they are engaged in institutional
planning. The essential factors that must be taken into consideration include implementing better
practices and programs in schools.
As a future principal I will use the purposes of educational planning in conducting the institutional
planning. I will use autonomy and stability to develop my plan and goals institution smoothly,
continuously and in a planned and systematic manner. I will also use the educational improvement and
utilization of resources in order to improves objectives of the institution, working condition, teaching
learning process, curricular and co-curricular programs, evaluation. Every student have access to a high-
quality education and can realize their full potential with the help of a well-planned educational system.
Planning for education also makes it achievable to identify areas that require development in order to
give children the greatest education possible.

Making sure that all students have access to high-quality education is one of the basic goals of
institutional planning. Educational developers may make sure that every student has the chance to
obtain a quality education by developing an action plan and defining goals. Teachers may perform better
in the classroom when they have a well-organized educational framework to follow. Teachers can better
prepare their lessons and activities by being aware of the aims and objectives. Better educational
outcomes may result from this. Another advantage of having a well-planned educational system is that
schools run more effectively. Running a school efficiently can free up time and resources that can be put
to better use in raising educational standards.
Educational planning is the act of applying rational, systematic analysis to the process of educational
development with the objective of improving education's effectiveness and efficiency in responding to
the requirements and goals of its students and society while the institutional planning refers to the
systematic preparation of actions with the aim of accomplishing the desired goals and objectives.
Education is seen as a tool that is essential for the. effective development and expansion of people,
communities, and the whole society.
