I. OBJECTIVES OF
THE ACTIVITY By the end of the activity, the participants shall be able to:
1. To deliver the State of Barangay Address;
2. To inform the constituents of the financial status,
accomplishments, on-going and plans Program,
Projects, and Activities of the Barangay and the
Sangguniang Kabataan;
3. To render/present committee, and reports; and
4. Discuss other matters.

II. HIGHLIGHTS A. PRELIMINARIES

• The Activity started at 2:00 AM/PM, with an opening

prayer led by Pstra. Alona D. Alip followed by the
singing of the Philippine National Anthem led by Sk
Chairperson Jessica A. Villanueva thru an Audio
Sounds.

B. PRESENTATION OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• The State of Barangay Address (SOBA) was

rendered by the Punong Barangay, Hon. Juanito M.
Castillejos, Sr. He presented laws & issuances such
as BIDA program,Barangay at Kalinisan Day,
Barangay Registration of Kasambahay, Organization
of BHERT, VAWC Desk, BCPC, First Time
Jobseekers Assistance Act & HAPAG He reported the
programs & projects of the barangays such as
Installation of CCTV & Rehabilitation of barangay
roads. He disseminated to the constituents regarding
the barangay fiesta this May, 2024.
• Report on Trade & Industry regarding on Business
permit issuances and remind those business owners
who doesn’t have permit was discussed by Hon.
Raniel R. Manares. Helping in collection of garbage
every Monday.
• Report on Infrastructure project and busted bulb in the
streetlight, partcipated in the activity in the barangay
and tells that he is a newly Kasambahay Desk Officer
was presented and discussed by Hon. Roberto D.
Toledo.
• Hon. Joel G. Donatos reported regarding the BNS &
BHW Pre-orientation Activity he attended, He
participated for Polio Oral Vaccine & all activity in the
barangay. Assisted in garbage collection every
Monday.
• Hon. Joel D. Dagun reported the financial status &
statements such as statement of income &
expinditures, financial records, transactions &
released fund according to approved budget.
• Report on Agriculture such as HAPAG (Halina’t
Magtanim ng Prutas at Gulay, he planted vegetables
in the barangay. He submitted to the agriculture office
the list of fisherfolks in the barangay & attended
monthly meeting on Agriculture.
• Hon. Raymund E. Barrientos reported their night shift
duty together with Barangay Tanod, attended the
activity in the barangay. He attended the KP seminar
& BPATS-Lupon Tagapamayapa Orientation.
• Hon. Ronald F. Barrientos reported the Women’s
Month Celebration, coordinated to principal of Casa-
Tondo Elementary School, he disseminated the
issuance of Barangay Certification Free of Charge
under the First Time Jobseekers Assistance Act.
• Barangay Treasurer, Luvila D. Mariñas, reported the
financial report for the 2nd semester of 2023 &
presented before the Barangay Assembly members
the compliance of the barangays on BFDP where 6
documents out of 9 documents were posted in the
BFDP Board.
• PCAPT COP Orlee Silvido discussed regarding the
Holy Week & he requested to the Council & Barangay
Tanod to observe suspicious person that will enter in
the barangay. He also discussed the awareness and
reports regarding Illegal Bingo sa Barangay or
Barangay Lucky Bingo.
