The Corporate Conclave

HAL Management Academy is organizing a two-day Corporate Conclave, SAADHANA, on 7th & 8th
April'22. The conclave shall consist of various events to give opportunities for the practicing managers in various
fields to show case their achievements and capabilities in front of the experts in the respective fields. It will also
act as a platform for exchange of ideas and networking. Professionals from across various industry domains are
expected to participate in the event.

Officers of HAL, upto Gr. VI, are invited to submit the nominations / entries for the following:

A) SAADHAK awards
Self-Nominations are invited from individuals with exceptional achievements / contributions from across the
industry domains, the best of whom will be conferred SAADHAK ’22 awards.
Award Categories:
1) Aerospace & Aviation (D & D)
2) Marketing, HR & Finance
3) Operations & Supply Chain Management
4) Technology, IT services & Consulting
Practicing professionals, shortlisted from the nominations received, will be invited to HMA to showcase their
achievements in front of an eminent jury during the conclave.

B) Paper presentation
The suggested themes for the papers include:
1) 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 & 𝘙𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: Overcoming hardships and challenges – Motivational Stories and Techniques.
2) 𝘌𝘮𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 & 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: Breakthrough Innovation & Creativity, Leading Change,
Reengagement.
3) 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘮 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨: Scenarios and Flexible Planning methods – Pre Mortems.
4) 𝘋𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: Web, 5G, AI, Big Data, Online Commerce, Online Sales, and Service Delivery.
5) 𝘙𝘪𝘴𝘬 𝘔𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘨𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘙𝘪𝘴𝘬 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵: Cybersecurity, supply chain security, risk strategy, and scenarios.
6) 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘪𝘯 𝘛𝘶𝘳𝘣𝘶𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘛𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴: Leading a Hybrid Team, Courageous Leadership, CEOs that led to a
recession.

Papers not exactly in the above themes but related to Management aspects are also welcome. Shortlisted
candidates will be given an opportunity to present the same at HMA during the conclave.
