(d) Liquid bromine easily evaporates.

When a substance evaporates, its particles vibrate faster and move around faster

This causes the substance to increase in volume and occupy its container.

This is because, as particles increase in thermal energy, they increase their kinetic

energy which causes evaporation changing the substance into a gas

9 Mike investigates the strength of magnets.
