Subject: Request for Re-Examination (Jurisprudence Exam)

Respected Ma’am

I am writing to inform you that I was unable to take the Jurisprudence exam scheduled for
April 1, 2024. Unfortunately, I woke up that morning experiencing a high fever and was in no
condition to participate in the exam.

I understand the importance of examinations and would not have missed the
Jurisprudence exam without a genuine reason. I have attached a copy of a doctor's note as
proof of my illness on the exam date.

I kindly request permission to take a re-examination of the Jurisprudence exam at your

earliest convenience.

I have been diligently preparing for the Jurisprudence exam and am confident in my
understanding of the course material. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by my
absence.
