Process Clarification

2. INTRODUCTION:

In line with the action taken during the Advisory Council meetings (Ref 1.1 & 1.2), Bombardier is looking to
help customers with the Collins parts ordering process. The escalating conflicts in the world has lead to
countries are enacting enhanced export controls, sanctions and regulations that impact the way companies
carry out business.

3. DESCRIPTION:

When ordering Collins parts through Bombardier Parts Services, it is mandatory to have the information in
Figure 1 on hand when placing your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and
accurate information when ordering parts from Bombardier. Failure to provide complete and accurate
information may lead to delays in placing orders or receiving parts.

4. ACTION:

If you have not recently completed a due diligence questionnaire for Bombardier, please contact
CXDueDiligence@aero.bombardier.com.

Please note, successful completion of the Bombardier “Know your customer” due diligence process does
not automatically mean that Collins will approve you for doing business with Collins. Collins has their own
"Know your customer” due diligence program and a decision by Collins to not ship a part to a customer is
not within Bombardier’s control.
