COMPLAINT

Complainant Anita Willow, with residence at 123 Yellow Street, Quezon City,

hereby charges accused Wynn Smith, with the crime of acts of lasciviousness committed

as follows:

That on or about September 3, 2023, in Quezon City, the said accused, with lewd

designs, did then and there wilfully, unlawfully, and feloniously force himself upon her

by pinning her body against the wall, kissing her neck, mashing her left breast with his

right hand, and taking liberties upon her person by force and against the will of the

undersigned.
