Dear Parents/Guardians,

As we come back from winter break, I would like to take this opportunity to rein-
troduce myself. My name is Paige Wodarczyk and I am an Elementary Education
student at Rowan University. I am enrolled in the 3 plus 1 program for inclusive
education. I have passed all my teacher certification tests and just need to finish up
my student teaching. I will be graduating in May of 2024 and am so excited to
soon have a classroom of my own. I am very eager to begin my final semester of
clinical practice in Mrs. Horner’s classroom at Glendora Elementary! Although I
completed my practicum experience in Mrs. Horner’s class last semester, my roles
and responsibilities will be different this semester due to student teaching. Last se-
mester I was in two days a week and assisted in lessons. This semester, I will be
teaching the lessons under the supervision of my cooperating teacher. From Janu-
ary 2 through February 2, I will be working as the in class resource teacher and
will be with your children during ELA time. After February 2, I will be in Mrs.
Oldrati’s room for the whole day. I will be teaching lessons, conducting small
group activities, co-teaching, and learning all that I can from Mrs. Horner and
Mrs.Oldrati.

I believe in creating a warm and inclusive classroom where each child feels seen,
heard, and supported. I'll strive to build individual connections with them to better
understand their needs and tailor my teaching to their unique learning styles. I
can't wait to get to know your children and embark on this learning journey to-
