*** Can wear their respective Choir uniforms.
6. Feast day of the Sacred Heart of Jesus
 June 16, Friday
12:30pm Tagalog Mass will use the
Feast Day of Sacred Heart Liturgy.
7. Mini Family Day
 June 16, 2023, OLAA
o Intermission by the KPB MUSIC MINISTRY CHOIR GROUPS
(El Shaddai Choir, Himig SLR, Himnos, Koro Filipino & Magalak)
o Song Piece: CHITCHIRITCHIT (as agreed by everyone)
8. One Direction (Kids/Teens Conference) July 1-3, 2023, 9am-4pm
o Filipino Community is in-charged of Grades 1-4 students
o Choir assignment: Song Animation

10. Music Ministry Initial Proposal and Plan for 2023-2024
 Choir Members Data Base
- IT Committee to create Google Data Base form exclusively for
Choir Members. To be announce and distributed soon.
 Music Ministry Team Building and Recollection
- Tentative date: July 29, 2023, Saturday. Suggested whole day
activity. Venue to be announced.
 KPB Music Ministry Bylaws
- Choir Leaders to form the Bylaws. At least to be completed and
finalized by the end of 2024.
 Music Camp 2024
- Tentative dates: Eid al-Fitr 2024
- For Catholic Filipino Community of all ages.
- To offer lessons and workshops on Voices and Music Instruments.
- To know more about Liturgical Music.
- It could be use as recruitment process for all Choir Groups.
11. Other Matters and Open Discussion
 Sound System
- The Parish will conduct an orientation for the proper use of the
sound system and mixer by a Sound Engineer.
- Schedule of the orientation to be announced in the chat group.
 Unified Projector Slides for Filipino Mass (12:30pm)
- KPB-IT Committee will provide template of the slides soon. Old
slides can still be used until the new template is provided.
- Fr. Anthony advised not to use images for the slides and make it as
simple as possible.
- The new slides will cover all themes of the Liturgical Seasons
including feast days.
 Lord’s Prayer (Ama Namin) song for Filipino Mass
- Fr. Anthony suggested and allowed all choirs to sing different
Philippine dialects of “Ama Namin”.
- All have agreed not to sing any English songs during Tagalog Mass
and only TAGALOG SONGS is allowed.
- Choirs are again reminded of the “Complete Silence - 10 minutes
before the Mass”
