INTRODUCTION
The researcher has initiated the investigation into the various types of Marketing Strategies
used in a company to enhance production and when and how they are used. The School Based
Assessment is a compulsory task required by the Caribbean Secondary Examination council for
May/June 2024. This project receives 20% of the total score and the remaining 80% can be
earned by completing Papers 1 and 2 in the Office Administration examination.

What is a questionnaire?

A series of prepared questions intended to elicit an answer from the correspondent is called a
questionnaire.

How was the questionnaire used?

The researcher created a questionnaire with precise questions aimed at particular re-
sponses, which she then gave to the staff at Courts Guyana Inc.'s marketing department
staff. To provide the staff time to consider their responses and finish the questionnaire, the
researchers came back to collect the completed questionnaires after a two-week period.

Why was the questionnaire used?

Because they are quick, easy to assess, and inexpensive, questionnaires were used.
