Ingredients for Chicken Biryani :

Daawat Basmati rice - 1 Kg


Chicken - 1 Kg
Oil - 200 ml
Onion - 400 Grams
Cinnamon - 1 Gram

Red chilli powder 2 tbs
Salt - 2 Table Spoon (For Masala)

Tomato - 400 Grams
Water - 800 ml ( For Masala)
Water - 3 Litres (To Boil Rice)
Salt - 2 Table Spoon - (For Rice Boiling Water)

Ingredients for Brinjal Chutney:

Brinjal - 1/2 kg
Tomato - 2 medium size
Seasme oil - 100grm
Tamarind - 1 lemon size
Peanuts -25grms
Pepper - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1/4 tablespoon
Red chilli powder - 3/4 tablespoon
Corinder powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Cumin powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Fenugreek - few
Garlic - 6 clove
Green chilli - 3
Curry leaves - few
Salt - 1/2 tablespoon
