PTB. Maintenance In Electronic Systems

Module:

Electronic systems update.

Teacher:

ING. Cesar Armando Jiménez Álvarez

Summary:

We will present the evidence of maintenance to a Working Group.

Proposed:

The purpose of this report is to show the evidence of the maintenance of a worktable,

which with the help of previously acquired experience and knowledge of the practices

carried out to carry out this maintenance.

Methodology:

1. Bill of materials

2. Gantt diagram

3. Maintenance Testing

4. Self-assessment and observation

5. Conclusions
1.- Material's List

 cutting tweezers

 Razor

 Insulation tape

 14-gauge wire

 needle nose pliers

verify that current runs.

4.- Self-assessment and Observation

Why was this done?

It was decided to do this, because every time we use the worktable we cannot connect

anything since we did not have light on the table and maintenance was given.

What is the cost of this upgrade?

So far the approximate cost is $700, since it can easily be left like that and not be fixed,

but it is necessary to work at ease.

5.- Conclusions:

Rodríguez Estrada Josué Efraín:

We noticed that the table did not pass current, and after verifying that it was well

connected, and that there was electrical energy, we proceeded to observe what was

going wrong, we made a change of wiring and we tied the cables again in the outlets.

Uscanga Aguirre Gerardo Isaac:

We observed that the worktable on one side was conducting electricity and on the other

not in its contacts, we began to repair the electrical installation of the table.

Lara Gonzales Eduardo Antonio:

We had the idea of repairing the table because on one side it worked but on the other it

didn't, so we got down to work.

Valencia Balderas Ana Elizabeth:

We carried out maintenance on a worktable that did not have electricity, so it was not

possible to work comfortably since we had to move our material elsewhere.

Hernández Calixto Reyna :

The table where we would work, on the one hand it conducted electricity and on the

other not in its contacts, we began to repair the electrical installation of the table to have

it work properly, we changed cables and improved the connections.
