3. Brief Introduction of the organization

3.1. A Brief History of Prime Commercial Bank Ltd.

As the 21st commercial bank in Nepal, Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. was founded in September 2007 by the Vishal
Group, one of the country's most prestigious corporate families. The "Banks and Financial Institutions Act" of Nepal
designates Prime Commercial Bank as a Category "A" Financial Institution. To individuals, businesses, and
corporations, Prime Commercial Bank Ltd. offers banking and financial services. Country Development Bank Limited
(CDBL) and Biratlaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (BBBL) are acquired by Prime Commercial Bank. In the course of a program
on May 6, 2016, the three banks signed the acquisition agreement.

PCBL operates a network of 125 ATMs and 187 branches throughout Nepal with its central office in Kamalpokhari,
Kathmandu. It is counted among the top 10 commercial bank in Nepal. PCBL strives to offer its customers innovative
and convenient banking services through technology. In order to make it simpler for customers to access their
accounts and perform transactions, the bank has implemented various digital channels such as mobile banking,
internet banking and SMS banking.

PCBL provides a range of products and services, such as:

• Remittance services: PCBL enables customers to send and receive money abroad through inward and outward
remittance services.

• Cards: PCBL issues credit and debit cards that can be used at ATMs, point-of-sale terminals, and other places for
making transactions.

• Foreign exchange services: PCBL provides currency exchange and international money transfer services.

• Network: PCBL has an extensive network of services that includes 192 branches and various ATMs located
throughout Nepal.
