 STAC EXECUTIVE MEETING
MINUTES OF THE MEETING
A meeting held on t he 13th of November attended by 11 executive members. The opening prayers were
led by Jude, 6 members were there at the start of the meeting. They was an introduction of post by each of
the members following the schedule, the President suggested that we set a constitution in the choir it was
finally deliberated on that It be sent to the group so that suggestions be made..

Jude spoke about the drawbacks of the choir. He spoke about late coming, npoise making during practice,
absenteeism

MATTERS ARISEN WERE

 Late coming
 Lack of MDs
 Social activities, sport which was to be discussed on the general meeting day
 Dressing code
 The idea to do charity works
 The spiritual director, specified on prayers both in our personal lives an during meetings.
 It was agreed that sports will be on Monday mornings at 6am
 The general meeting is to be on every last Sunday of the month
 Vocals was to be done before each choir practice
 Members were called upon to bring new members
 Discussion about the constitution was debated upon that is laws which will govern the choir.
The constitutions were
 Late coming, Fines
 Absence for choir practice 3times fine (500)
 Attending join choir practice is obligatory
 Absence from choir practice for a long time makes the person a new member if he or she
comes back
 Members s should come with 1000frs every choir practice
 Attending social activities and participating is obligatory

ACTIVITIES FOR THE YEAR

 Feast day [January 28 ]
 The MD promised to teach the choir the anthem
 For the feast day contribution was to made for the Zinc Project in church
 New members should not be added in to the group chat immediately
 Contribution for the feast day is (3000)
 The total amount was calculated which was 75000frs
 20000frs was to be deducted for the church project.
 Invitation was to be given to the Paris house, other choirs, groups etc.
 Contribution starts from today 13th November
 The choir is to pray a Novena before the feast day
  Coming back to the charity works, members suggested that members should contribute little
things, money to help the less privilege.
 It was suggested that outing should be organized once in a while
 Old members were to be invited for the feast day
 The MD was called upon to bring new songs.

OTHER MATTERS
 Contribution was to be made to buy vegetable seed for the farm
 EXCO members who are not taking their post seriously should be removed
 New songs could be brought by any member each choir practice
 Group head for the different parts should appointed to assist the MDs during choir
practice
 It was said that the choior could grow in various ways, like attending benediction on
Sundays, schedule days for prayers, set rules and regulations like innadequte NDs, Social
activities.
