INTERNSHIP REPORT FORMATTING


1. Line spacing – 2.0

2. Font type – Times New Roman

3. Heading font size – 16

4. Subheadings font size – 14

5. Text font size – 12

6. Page Numbering – Top right hand corner of the page

7. Page margins – Bottom, left and right margin at 1 inch while top margin should be set at
0.75 inches.

8. Only Headings and sub headings must be embolded.

9. Figure names should be indicated under the figure as :


Figure 1: Steps of ………..
Figure 2: Materials in ……. Etc

10. Table names should be indicated at the top of the table as:
Table 1: List of Equipments ……
Table 2: Names of ….. etc
