一、概述 Summary

公司产品，请在安装和使用前，仔细阅读说明书。我们公司对本产品进行了精

心的设计和制造，但如果由于安装或使用不当，仍会引起意外地事故。所以为

了安全起见，以及发生不必要的维修费用、请按说明书中的要求安装和使用。

2、本产品所采用的星型铝翅片型材均适用于液氧、液氮、液氩、液体二氧化

碳、液化天然气、丙烷等低温液体介质的常温换热。

二、工作原理 Working principle

本产品是利用大气环境中的空气作为热源，通过导热性能良好的星型铝

翅片管进行热交换，使各种低温状态下的（如 LNG、LN2、LO2、LAr、LCO2 等）

液态液体、在不使用附加能源的条件下气化成一定温度的气体。

四、工艺流程 Technological process

流程一：低温液体（如液氧、液氮、液氩、液体二氧化碳、液化天然气、丙

烷等低温液体等）从低温液体贮槽内，通过贮槽自身压力排出液体，流经低温

液体泵加压，进气化器气化成气体，再经汇流排充装到钢瓶。

流程二：液体经气化器气化成气体，进管路调压装置调整到使用压力后通

2、气化器的工作效率与众多因数有关，包括使用介质、气化率、环境温

度、通风条件、连续使用时间长短、当产品连续使用时间较长和环境温

度很低时，在选型时应考虑增加余量。

七、注意事项 Matters needing attention

1、本产品安装场地必须有良好的通风条件，远离居民住宅、高压线、火源、

油脂、保持地面清洁干净。

 1, this product installation site must have good ventilation conditions, away from residential
housing, high pressure line, fire source, oil, keep the ground clean and clean.

2、安装场地周围必须有安全标志，应备有消防设施及器材。

equipment should be provided.

3、本产品一般安装在室外，必须设有导除静电装置，高原地区还得有防雷装

置。

4、在安装或检修时，产品及相关的设备及零件都必须进行除油脱脂处理，对

所使用的相关工具和工作人员的双手，工作服等都要求干净无油。

clean and oil-free.

5、产品在低温工作状态下，严禁松开或拧紧管道元件螺帽。在使用过程中，

如有泄漏处，请在产品停止运行并恢复常温后进行检修及维护。

八、安装、操作及维修 Installation, operation and maintenance

（一）安装 Installation:：

1、安装基础 Installation foundation

本产品必须放置于平整的混泥土基础上，基础一般情况应高于地面

200mm～300mm,便于排水，与周围障碍物相距 2 米以上，底座应用地脚螺栓或

膨胀螺丝固定。
This product must be placed on the foundation of the leveling concrete. The general
condition of the foundation should be higher than the ground 200mm to 300mm, which is
convenient for drainage and is 2 meters away from the surrounding obstacles. The base is fixed
with anchor bolts or expansion screws.

（二）操作和维护 operation and maintenance

1、在产品运行前检查所有的管路、配件和螺栓是否安装就绪，检查所有管

路元件的密封情况是否到达要求。
1, check all the piping, fittings and bolts before the operation of the product are ready,
check the seal of all pipeline elements to the requirements.

2、使用产品时，检查所有的管道及焊缝、进出口管连接处有无渗漏，如有

渗漏现象，应及时进行补焊，并及时与本公司取得联系。
2, when using products, check whether there is any leakage in all pipes and welds, and the
connection between the inlet and outlet pipes. If leakage occurs, repair welding shall be carried
out in time, and get in touch with our company in time.

3、为了不降低产品的换热效率，避免安全事故，用户在使用过程中应尽量

避免蒙灰、沾污、如有上述情况应及时用干净软布擦净，除去污迹。去污

剂应选用专用清洁剂或四氯化碳，严禁用气油或煤油等易燃易爆物质去污。

users should try to avoid soot and stain when they are in use. If so, clean and soft cloth should
be cleaned in time to remove stains. The detergent or carbon tetrachloride should be used for
detergents, and it is strictly prohibited to use inflammable and explosive materials such as
gasoline or kerosene.

4、操作程序 Operation program

（1）首先将系统中的供液阀、排气阀关闭，然后缓慢打开供液阀，当管外出

现雾霜时，缓慢开启排液阀，直到气化量到达要求后，稳定阀门开启度。（此

项针对中低压气化器而言）
（1）First, the liquid supply valve and the exhaust valve of the system are closed. Then the
liquid supply valve is slowly opened. When the mist and frost appear outside the pipe, the
discharge valve is slowly opened until the volume of vaporization reaches the requirement, and
the opening degree of the valve is stabilized.
(for the medium and low pressure gasifier)

（2）若出气管道结霜，造成出气温度过低，说明进液量太大，必须立即减少

进液量以防止过液，并应及时清除管外结霜，增加通风设备或采取其它相应方

法。

(2) if the gas pipe frosting causes the outlet temperature to be too low, it means that if the liquid
volume is too large, it is necessary to immediately reduce the volume of liquid inlet to prevent
liquid from overflowing, and timely remove the frosting outside the tube, increase ventilation
equipment or take other relevant methods.

5、本气化器必须定期检漏，间隔时间一般为 6 个月。在检修维护需补焊时，

气化器管道必须先排除管道内的残余气体，再用干燥氮气吹干后方可施工焊接。
5. The vaporizer must leak regularly, and the interval is usually 6 months. During repair and
maintenance, the gasifier pipeline must first remove the residual gas in the pipe, and then dry
the pipe with dry nitrogen to dry the weld.

九、吊装和储存 Hoisting and storage

1、产品吊装时必须吊吊环，严禁吊翅片管，并防止碰撞和擦伤产品。
1 、 When the product is hoisted, it is necessary to suspend the ring, strictly prohibit the
hanging fin tube, and prevent the collision and bruising the product.

2、产品在没使用时，应放在清洁、干燥、无酸、碱等有腐蚀的场地存放。
3、When the product is not used, it should be stored in clean, dry, no acid, alkali and other
corrosive sites.
