CONTRACT OF AGENCY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement is entered into by and between:

______________, of legal age, Filipino, and residing at

______________________, herein referred to as the Principal;
-and-
_______________, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of
___________________, hereinafter referred to as the AGENT.

The PRINCIPAL and the AGENT shall likewise be collectively

referred to as the PARTIES.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the PRINCIPAL is the absolute owner of a parcel
of land classified as residential property located at
_________________, designated as _____________, being a
portion of _____________________ situated at Barrio
___________________ with an area of
______________________ square meters, more or less;
WHEREAS, the Principal desires to engage the services of the
Agent as a caretaker of the above-mentioned property after the
current occupational dispute is settled;
WHEREAS, the AGENT agrees to the said engagement;
WHEREAS, as the main condition of the said engagement, the
PRINCIPAL prohibits the AGENT from taking/allowing any boarders
on the subject property in any other manner and the latter agrees;
WHEREAS, the AGENT also agrees that she is the one in
charge of showing/ocular inspection to the interested buyer/s; and
WHEREAS, the AGENT agrees that she shall maintain the
cleanliness and necessary repairs on the said property with
consent/knowledge of the PRINCIPAL.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing
premises, the PARTIES hereby mutually stipulate and agree on the
above-mentioned covenants and provisions.
