Job Summary:
Our company seeking a Trainee engineer to join our team. As a Trainee engineer, you will
have the opportunity to learn about the fibre optics industry and gain hands-on experience
in the field. In this role, you will work closely with our team of experienced engineers to
develop, maintain and improve optical fibre system.

Responsibilities:
Learn about fibre optics and assist in their development & maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fibre optics.
Participate in on-site installation and maintenance of fibre optic equipment.
Provide support to senior engineers as needed.
Learn and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Follow industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with team members to ensure fibre optics are functioning at optimal levels.

Requirements:
Diploma in ECE & EEE and Mech or related fields. *Only Male
Strong understanding of optical fibre systems & infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Ability to travel & do hard work in the field.

Compensation:

With backlogs: 1.8 to 2 lac ctc.

Without backlogs: 2.2 to 2.56 lac ctc.
