▪PRODUCT DESIGN II
Moladin, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia – (Dec 2021 - Feb 2023)
Moladin is an omnichannel used car platform in automotive industry which I joined in
Dec 2021 as a Product Design I and promoted to Product Design II with more
responsibilites to manage a team consisting of Product Designer I and Copywriter.
Initially focused on mobile application projects for agent sales user and web based
projects for internal users. All the projects are using Figma as design tools, Miro for
collaboration tools, and Notion for projects documentation.
Took active part in the collaboration with stakeholders to find out next product
intentions or problems, then take in charge to design process which include UX
research collaborating with research team to find out problems. Then create
schedule and distribute assignment to the team member.
Contributed to build a Design Language System to have a solid design and
components.
Performed coaching of junior developers joining the team, doing frequent pair and
mob programming sessions.

Initiate design project along with stakeholders including product team and
business team to complete products objectives area in the multiple squads or
tribe

Manage stakeholders expectation to align goals by identify problems, and

suggest paths forward to help clarity problem definition.

▪UI UX DESIGNER
PT Bizzy Indonesia, Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia – (Jan 2019 - Nov 2021)
As the second UI UX designer in team, I focused on building mobile application for
sales user to finish their daily task, which the sales user has never been using an
apps before and they usually finish their daily task manually including make a
reporting with handwritten notes.
Started from gathering all data needed and having user research along with product
owner and start creating a mockup design, wireframing and prototyping and deliver
final design with Zeplin and Figma tools.

The apps I build called Bizzy Field Force has a positive impact for company, our
sales increase, record reports faster and reduce fraud which impacts company
revenue.
Contribute a Design Language System with other team to make a solid design and
component.
After merge with Warung Pintar Group we develop and sync our apps, combining
different app into a solid product that can deliver what user and business owner need
in advanced to get the larger market.

Job Description

Deliver user cases and scenarios, wireframe & prototypes, mockups of screens
and flows, visual assets’ production, documentation of design guidelines for the
design’s implementation.

 Having some research to user, taking an interview, survey, A/B testing as part of
user research experience.

Work together with team and product owner to sketch and wireframing screen by
screen of the application. Creating UI screen and illustration image with Sketch,
Figma apps and deliver to Marvel for the prototyping, also export it to Zeplin to
create assets for Developer Team.

PT Duta Data Technology, Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia – (Mar 2018 - Jan 2019)

Developed and executed functional testing plans for Point Of Sales Apps (Ameera
Kasir Online), start with defining and designing mockup in Adobe XD as a design
tools, having a qual and quan research to our users.

PT Bank Sinarmas, Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia – (Dec 2014 - Feb 2018)

Develop Program application for internal Banking system such as LOAN SYSTEM,
INVENTORY, LLD, PEMBIAYAAN SYARIA, ABSENSI base on BRD (Business
Requirement Document) from User with programming language such as ASP,
ASP.NET, HTML, PHP and MYSQL Database.
Create the application with workflow, users, finance calculation, report (web report,
export report to word csv, and database report) and user testing.
Integration Database MYSQL such as backup, restore, enhance from different
server.

Develop and design (UI Design) and create new webiste module with Code Igniter
framework, PHP and integrated API system in linux operating system.
