The villa is a well-liked, spacious, and sophisticated vacation home for a family
seeking privacy and comfort, particularly when it's close to the ocean or has an amazing
view. Given that it is (located) in Port Barton, tropical architecture is an ideal way to
build the kind of cozy villa that the client requested, and Mediterranean style will
highlight this building's visual appeal. The overall concept of this villa will be called MT
(mount) Villa due to the fact that it takes inspiration from the mountain. In addition, MT
could be an acronym for Mediterranean Tropical Villa. Rather than taking advantage of
the large site and make the villa a one-storey building, a two-level villa is designed to
make the most of the view of the large property and its location. Just like on top of the
mountain, you can feast your eyes with this elevated villa. The top of the mountain has
a cool temperature and it is the goal for this villa, to provide thermal comfort to the
users. On top of that, mountain is nature and so as the villa’s materials.
